Our latest developmet, Grayhawk at Sylvan Lake, is located on the west side of the Town of Sylvan Lake, and is directly adjacent to the Sylvan Lake Golf and Country Club.

.

Grayhawk is designed with four different residential land use districts in order to provide a variety of housing options for residents. The range of housing styles, at various price points, allows residents to select housing that best suits their lifestyle, family size, needs or preferences, and price range.

.

In January 2016 the Tripp Lands were annexed into the Town of Sylvan Lake from Red Deer County. The historic land was used for agricultural purposes dating back to the early 1900’s. Based on information gathered, it is understood that the lands were purchased in June of 1912 by a group of men including John Franklin Webb Boyce, who helped found the Red Deer Horticultural Society and the Red Deer Public Library.
